Family therapy sessions are short-term parent/caregiver coaching sessions designed to provide support by collaboratively developing strategies to meet behavioral needs. These needs may include concerns around (but are not limited to) noncompliance, temper tantrums, mild physical aggression, anxious symptoms, toileting challenges, sleep challenges, and more.

During these sessions, family members can expect to engage in discussions about the possible causes and features of the behavior, and conversations regarding strategies to address behavioral concerns, which may include role play, demonstration, and in-session coaching/practice as needed.
